How are the times calculated?

The times are astronomical estimates of when the Moon crosses a level horizon, using each city’s latitude, longitude and lunar orbit. Hills, buildings, weather and the local horizon can shift an observed event by a few minutes. Times in other cities within Bangladesh and India will also differ slightly.
