পাটিসাপটা চালের গুঁড়া (কখনও ময়দা মিশিয়ে) পাতলা করে সেঁকে পুর ভরে গড়ানো পিঠা। পুরে নারকেল ও গুড়, অথবা ক্ষীর/পায়েসের ঘন মিষ্টি — ঘরভেদে দুই রীতিই চলে। Patishapta is a thin crepe of rice flour (sometimes mixed with wheat flour), filled and rolled. The filling is coconut and jaggery, or a thick kheer-style sweet—both traditions exist.
